Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the enterprise strategy for people transformation
  • Establish the strategic roadmap for process transformation
  • Oversee major transformation programmes
  • Architect and drive the organisation’s people capability development
  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships with further education groups
  • Provide executive-level leadership and strategic guidance to the People & Process Transformation team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Life Sciences, Communications, Business Operations, or a closely related analytical field
  • Leadership experience in both people transformation and process transformation
  • Experience in translating overarching scientific/business vision into executable strategic plans
  • Experience in applying enterprise-level change management and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with strategic budget management and resource allocation.
