Responsibilities
- Define and champion the enterprise strategy for people transformation
- Establish the strategic roadmap for process transformation
- Oversee major transformation programmes
- Architect and drive the organisation’s people capability development
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships with further education groups
- Provide executive-level leadership and strategic guidance to the People & Process Transformation team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Life Sciences, Communications, Business Operations, or a closely related analytical field
- Leadership experience in both people transformation and process transformation
- Experience in translating overarching scientific/business vision into executable strategic plans
- Experience in applying enterprise-level change management and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
- Experience with strategic budget management and resource allocation.
