Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes
  • Shape high-quality client deliverables
  • Leverage data and insight to shape evidence-based recommendations
  • Proactively identify and use tools, templates and methodologies
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting experience
  • Strong track record of shaping and delivering people-focused change
  • Demonstrated experience delivering work in change, organisation design, or organisational development
  • A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience of leading / managing consultant / client delivery teams
