  • Collaborate with the Readiness and Adoption Lead to implement human-centered strategies
  • Create high-quality, visually engaging materials
  • Leverage advanced skills in PowerPoint and SharePoint for impactful content
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand project needs
  • Design change activities and resources for frontline teams
  • Manage production schedules for timely delivery
  • Liaise with other corporate teams for consistency in messaging

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint design and SharePoint site creation and management
  • Skills in Power Automate, user experience design, and design thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices in instructional and visual design is an asset
  • Familiarity with Canada Life’s business or similar environments is an asset
