Responsibilities
You support our Account Managers in the DACH region in day-to-day operations and actively contribute to the efficient organization of our sales processes.
When creating and adapting proposal documents, you ensure our Account Managers can respond to customer requests quickly and with excellent quality.
You conduct research on customers and technology trends and prepare management presentations.
By handling tender and bid management, you actively drive the company's success.
You professionally guide our customers through their customer journey using our CRM.
As a team player, you work closely with colleagues from our Microsoft Alliance Management and the Inside Sales team.
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Marketing
Initial professional experience in a similar role
Strong service and customer orientation with a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail
Very confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of a CRM system
Fluent German and English, spoken and written
Strong communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of collaboration — both within the team and with customers
