Responsibilities
Apoiar e gerenciar todas as etapas dos processos seletivos (triagem de currículos, entrevistas, agendamentos, admissões e onboarding)
Conduzir treinamentos de integração de novos colaboradores
Participar dos ciclos de feedback e avaliação de desempenho
Realizar acompanhamentos de período de experiência e entrevistas de desligamento
Apoiar ações de employee experience (eventos, comemorações, campanhas internas, etc.)
Participar de pesquisas de clima e iniciativas de cultura organizacional
Requirements
Estar cursando Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas
Ter boa comunicação e vontade de aprender sobre gestão de pessoas
Ser organizado(a), ter atenção aos detalhes e espírito colaborativo
Ter conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel
Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido (Belo Horizonte/MG)
