Lead the full-cycle recruitment process

Contribute to Talent Acquisition and broader HR projects to support organizational goals

Requirements
Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced environment
Proven expertise in recruiting for high-level roles and managing relationships with leadership
Track record of successfully hiring across multiple countries
Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, using innovative and creative strategies
Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian and strong command of English
Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations
Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex challenges
