Requirements
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in recruiting for high-level roles and managing relationships with leadership
- Track record of successfully hiring across multiple countries
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, using innovative and creative strategies
- Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian and strong command of English
- Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex challenges
