About the role

Responsibilities

  • Structure, lead and improve processes related to employee experience with a focus on attraction and retention;
  • Manage the HR Business Partner team, ensuring a consultative, strategic approach closely aligned with the business;
  • Oversee budget, strategic KPIs and project governance;
  • Act as a technical and strategic people reference, ensuring quality and depth in deliverables;
  • Operate with a cohesive vision for employer branding and employee experience;
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen and scale company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Prior leadership experience in HR Business Partner roles;
  • Experience leading Development, Culture and/or Change Management projects;
  • Use of data to influence the business and make decisions;
  • Knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Well-being initiatives;
  • Systemic perspective and strategic thinking;
  • Inspirational leadership;
  • Clear and persuasive communication;
  • Results-oriented with discipline in execution;
  • Ability to provide direction.
