About the role

  • Human Resources Business Partner responsible for HR functions and executive coaching. Supporting business strategy and employee engagement in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering the people aspects of the business plan for the entity supported
  • Providing strategic planning, direction, and support
  • Executive coaching and acting as a key liaison on all HR processes
  • Champing change initiatives and focusing on overall organizational effectiveness
  • Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance and policy interpretation
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
  • Partnering with legal and compliance teams to navigate immigration processes
  • Championing employee engagement by identifying trends and developing programs
  • Supporting the design and implementation of HR programs aligned with talent strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of labor legislation (US & Canada)
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
