Responsibilities
Support in implementing various digitization projects in HR
Preparation of personnel files for scanning by an external service provider
Reviewing, sorting and preparing personnel files
Structuring and categorizing documents according to guidelines
Ensuring orderliness, completeness and quality of the personnel files scanned by the external service provider
Supporting the team in developing and further improving existing processes
Assisting in the creation of text templates and forms
Assisting with the implementation of other HR projects
Handling organizational and administrative tasks within the department
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional training in HR or administration
Some practical experience in HR is an advantage
Affinity for digital tools and processes; ideally some experience with HR software
Strong organizational skills and an independent, careful, structured and reliable way of working; flexibility
