Responsibilities

  • Lead/drive business development in target sectors in Japan utilizing Castrol’s solutions
  • Manage key accounts as Key Account Manager once businesses materialize
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in target customers
  • Work closely with Castrol internal cross-functional organizations
  • Manage sales pipelines and maximize lead identification & conversion
  • Share successful business cases among other markets for business expansion
