About the role

  • Data Analyst supporting decision-making through data analysis in healthcare projects. Leveraging clinical and operational data for improving processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • This professional will participate in structuring the collection, analysis, and interpretation of clinical, operational, and administrative data, under the supervision of a mid-level or senior professional, with the purpose of supporting decision-making.
  • Extract, organize, and process data from hospital systems and projects under development;
  • Monitor the development and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar for monthly monitoring of margins and results of designed products;
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and standardization of data used for analysis;
  • Participate in the planning, initiation, execution, and monitoring of projects for new models and improvements, and provide analyses to support tactical decisions in clinical, administrative, and operational areas;
  • Be aware of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as legal requirements applicable to their activities, supporting actions to minimize and improve environmental performance and ensure process compliance;

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, Project Management, or related areas is desirable.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: Advanced Office skills, Power BI, Tableau, RedCap, and programming languages such as Python or R are desirable. Basic knowledge of hospital operations and process development/improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methods, PMI) will be an advantage.
