Responsibilities
Carry out and monitor the administrative routines of the Services area, ensuring organization, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.

Organize and prepare monthly billings, including sending measurement reports for client approval, issuing tax invoices, and controlling completed billings.
Post labor and personnel expenses to the corresponding cost centers, based on monthly accounting reports, identifying discrepancies with managers to ensure accurate results.
Work with a strong analytical focus, including extraction, consolidation, and critical analysis of operational and financial data; development and analysis of reports and dashboards (BI); generation of insights; and support for decision-making by the Field Service coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience in administrative routines;
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
