Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze and process corporate travel requests (airfare, hotel, car rental and other services);
- Prepare quotes, negotiate and purchase/issue tickets and travel services;
- Manage changes, rebookings, cancellations and refunds;
- Act as the focal point between employees, travel agencies and suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with the travel policy and approved budgets;
- Control purchase orders, invoices, verification of amounts and payment follow-up;
- Support the management of contracts with travel suppliers;
- Prepare basic travel and cost controls and reports;
- Provide support to travelers before, during and after trips.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, Business Management or related fields);
- Previous experience with corporate travel, procurement of services or related administrative routines;
- Experience with quotes, negotiation and financial control (invoices, purchase orders and payments);
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple simultaneous demands;
- Good communication skills and a customer-service orientation for internal stakeholders;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
