Responsibilities
Support compassionate service for beneficiaries of health, dental, life insurance and other benefit products;
Provide prompt support in interactions with insurers and providers (network providers, approval of exams, surgery status, etc.);
Assist in locating providers and directing cases to insurers' health programs, following established workflows;
Support reimbursement processes, ensuring clarity and organization of information;
Clarify questions about plan usage and the mobile app;
Assist with scheduling appointments, exams and executive check-ups;
Monitor requests for exams, surgeries and authorizations, verifying required documentation;
Participate in some on-site shifts at Amar&Cuidar, offering direct and welcoming support to beneficiaries;
Work in an organized way, prioritizing tasks according to workflows and team guidance.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or insurance)
Basic Excel skills
Good communication, organization, agility and willingness to follow defined workflows
Availability to work in a hybrid model and to participate in on-site shifts
