Responsibilities
Execute internal mobility processes (promotions, transfers and terminations), assessing eligibility criteria established by BP.
Analyze HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, hiring effectiveness, exit interviews, among others) and propose action plans to optimize the areas.
Advise internal clients on people management processes, identifying needs and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support employee engagement and organizational climate initiatives, interpreting data from the Pulses tool and contributing to the development of improvement plans.
Collaborate with Compensation and HR Operations teams, modeling costs, recommending strategic movements with managers and validating decisions with the Compensation team.
Monitor the People budget, identifying monthly or one-off variances and recommending adjustments.
Develop management presentations based on HR metrics to facilitate leadership decision-making.
Conduct recruitment processes when required, aligning candidate profiles with area needs and ensuring effective delivery to internal clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in Personnel Administration, Internal Consulting, Recruitment & Selection or Organizational Development.
