Responsibilities
Perform all support and order coordinating functions for assigned Account Executive
Work with suppliers with virtual specs, apparel mock-ups
Assist in developing quotes and proposals for Account Executive when needed
Effectively collaborate with Account Executive, internal team, and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment
Enter and review orders, verify details, facilitate order proofing, track statuses, and ensure orders are shipped and arrive as scheduled
Effectively collaborate with immediate team members, supervisor, and other departments on a regular basis to answer general questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate client billing
Properly document all supplier fulfillment discrepancies
Provide and manage ongoing reports
Provide effective administrative support as needed
Work with Account Executive and team to gather project detail
Coordinate projects with warehouse personnel to ensure the project will be completed on time and according to the specific requirements
Function as inside contact for Key accounts - maintain website with changes in product, employee base, access, etc., and work closely with Account Executive and client to ensure timely responses
Provide backup support for other sales teams and assist with new hire training when needed
Requirements
Promotional products industry or sales order coordinating experience preferred
Quick learner, with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
A proven problem-solver and skilled negotiator
Strong customer service skills and adaptability to different personality types
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (incl. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of Adobe products preferred
Knowledge of ASI ProfitMaker, Salesforce and/or NetSuite a plus
