About the role

  • B2B Sales Acquisition Specialist at Bosta responsible for acquiring corporate clients and driving revenue growth through strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for our new business line.
  • Conduct corporate sales presentations, meetings, and product demos.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to support client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in fast-paced or service-based industries).
  • Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Having a car and a valid driving license is a must.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
