About the role

  • Sales Consultant supporting entrepreneurs in securing their business against risks of owner absence. Engaging with customers to provide tailored emergency plans and solutions in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advisory consultations with business owner clients — mostly online via video conference
  • Identify risks associated with owner absence and present suitable solutions (emergency plans, digital services)
  • Support customers from first contact through to contract signing
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
  • Enjoy identifying customer needs and translating them into solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a results/closing orientation
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach
  • CRM experience is a plus — but not required
  • High self-motivation and a customer-service orientation
