Responsibilities
Conduct advisory consultations with business owner clients — mostly online via video conference
Identify risks associated with owner absence and present suitable solutions (emergency plans, digital services)
Support customers from first contact through to contract signing
Manage existing customer relationships and identify cross- and upselling opportunities
Work closely with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
Enjoy identifying customer needs and translating them into solutions
Strong communication skills and a results/closing orientation
Ability to work independently with a structured approach
CRM experience is a plus — but not required
High self-motivation and a customer-service orientation
