Boon seeks an Account Executive to generate new business opportunities while caring for clients. Engaging with SMEs, conducting benefit quotes, and managing operator negotiations.
Responsibilities
Atuar como porta-voz do cliente dentro da BOON, em parceria com o gerente, assegurando as entregas das áreas de suporte.
Manter contato direto com clientes (PME), esclarecendo dúvidas e intermediando eventuais demandas junto às operadoras
Realizar cotações de benefícios (saúde, odontológico e correlatos), conduzindo análises comparativas entre operadoras e produtos
Conduzir negociações comerciais com operadoras (até 30 vidas)
Atualizar e alimentar sistemas internos com informações relacionadas ao atendimento e à gestão dos contratos
Acompanhar a movimentação cadastral, realizada pelo time de operações, incluindo processos de inclusão, exclusão, cancelamentos e atualizações de dados
Monitorar a emissão de faturas, além de apoiar em negociações relacionadas à isenção de carências.
Requirements
Formação em Administração, áreas de atendimento ou afins
Experiência anterior como consultor, executivo de relacionamento
Experiência com Gestão de Benefícios Seguráveis (saúde, dental e vida)
Domínio de condições gerais dos contratos saúde, dental e vida
Domínio dos conceitos e condições básicas determinadas pela ANS enquanto regulação dos contratos de assistência médica e odontológica
