  • Outside Sales Representative for Right at Home focusing on relationship-based sales and community engagement. Responsible for increasing market share and developing a referral pipeline while working in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits.
  • Plays an integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in the community.
  • Increases care hours and develops a profitable referral source pipeline.
  • Gains market share and pre-plans weekly sales activities.
  • Creates opportunities for communication with referral sources and maintains all sales activity in a CRM database.
  • Conveys a strong need to win and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with two years of business experience, preferably in a sales or marketing position.
  • Excellent computer skills, organized, determined and personable.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Be self-driven and highly motivated to grow the business.
  • Previous sales track record in increasing market share.
  • Prior experience in the home care or healthcare industries.
  • Well-versed in social media engagement.
