Responsibilities
Closing enterprise customers. Deals range from $20M to $1B+ in annual payout volume.
Run full-cycle enterprise sales. Prospect, qualify, run discovery, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (CFO, COO, Head of Finance), and close.
Handle the communications until the tech team takes over.
Requirements
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales in fintech, payment infrastructure, or compliance SaaS - you've sold to CFOs or treasury leads before
You know what payout pain actually feels like - late settlements, reconciliation nightmares, VAT exposure across jurisdictions.
High autonomy is where you perform best.
You've navigated regulated financial products or technically complex infrastructure deals.
Nice to have: German-speaking - our original market is DACH, being commercially fluent in it is a big plus.
