About the role

  • Intern supporting Recruiting and Temporary Staffing at BMW Group. Gain insights into HR processes, focusing on temporary employee management and collaboration with staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Support in sourcing, placement and management of flexible employees — with a particular focus on temporary staff.
  • Assist in coordinating cooperation with staffing agencies and ensure smooth processes.
  • Advise and support business departments on staffing matters in the context of temporary employment (employee leasing).
  • Prepare meaningful analyses and reports based on relevant HR metrics.
  • Participate in varied, forward-looking projects related to temporary employment.
  • Develop solid HR system know-how through working with SAP eHR.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Sociology, Communication Studies, Cultural Studies, Psychology, or a comparable degree program.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent.
  • Enjoys learning new things and has a hands-on mentality.
  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
