Sales Development Representative managing full sales flow to connect companies with Bloom Future. Engaging education partners for youth career orientation app in Germany.
Responsibilities
You own the entire sales flow: from research and outreach to initial calls through to closing.
You actively reach out to companies and education partners and win them over for Bloom Future.
You also source new leads, qualify and prepare them, and keep our data clean and up to date.
You develop campaigns to attract new customers.
You conduct conversations at eye level, understand our customers' needs and demonstrate how Bloom Future helps them.
You bring fresh ideas to refine our sales strategy and prioritize the right target groups.
Requirements
Some experience in sales — ideally in a B2B environment.
Excited by startup vibes, a fast pace, and the opportunity to shape your role.
Experience with tools like Pipedrive — basic knowledge of Python or web scraping is a plus (not required).
Very good German skills (at least C1) and confident English.
You communicate clearly and openly and enjoy interacting with customers.
