About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for key account management and project management of automated shelving systems. Collaborating with international clients and optimizing products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Managing key accounts and maintaining contacts in the CRM system
  • Preparing analyses, statistics and forecasts
  • Collaborating with international customers and colleagues
  • Tender management for international large-scale projects: evaluating and processing complex inquiries, selling system solutions for intralogistics
  • Project management, including the planning phase and handover to subsequent departments
  • Developing customer-specific sales strategies
  • Improving and optimizing products and processes

Requirements

  • Commercial/business training with strong technical understanding, or vice versa; additional training as a certified business specialist (Fachwirt), technician, or a university degree is desirable
  • Several years of sales experience in project-based business
  • Business-fluent English
  • Knowledge of project management and experience using CAD software
  • Proficient in common Office applications
  • Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
  • Flexible, result-oriented, resilient, reliable, and a team player
