Responsibilities
Support a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives
Improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services
Provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance
Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication
Monitor progress against revenue objectives
Serve as steward of the RentokilTerminix business model at the branch level
Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
Requirements
At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
