Responsibilities

  • Responsible support of employees throughout the employee life cycle
  • Preparation of employment contracts and maintenance of relevant data in HR systems
  • Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring legally compliant, efficient HR processes
  • Proactively contributing to the development and digitalization of HR administration

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Experience with HR systems and digital tools
  • Structured, deadline-oriented way of working
