About the role

  • Consultant en support client et santé financière à Beneva. Aide à la gestion des dossiers d’invalidité et améliore l'expérience client tout en réduisant les engagements financiers de l’assureur.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the member's needs in health navigation, access to care, and financial literacy to establish an intervention plan.
  • Support the member in coordinating with other products held within the group insurance plan.
  • Perform a comprehensive review of selected files.
  • Update medical and non-medical information as required.
  • Coordinate and carry out appropriate follow-ups according to the established action plan.
  • Coordinate initiatives with the internal rehabilitation team or specialized providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, administration, or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience managing long-term disability claims or in vocational rehabilitation.
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize information and to make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to work in a digitalized environment.
