About the role

  • Customer Experience Manager enhancing end-to-end customer journeys at Zurich to improve satisfaction and engagement. Coordinating CX projects and driving insights through data analysis from Köln.

Responsibilities

  • In this role based in Cologne, you will design our end-to-end customer journeys and ensure customers feel understood and well cared for at every touchpoint
  • With commitment, you continuously optimize all stages of the customer journey — from onboarding to long-term retention
  • As a central interface, you coordinate CX projects and ensure they improve both customer satisfaction and our business KPIs
  • By analyzing data, customer feedback and qualitative insights, you derive concrete measures to further develop our customer experience
  • With innovative ideas, you introduce modern CX methods such as personalization, automation, or AI-supported journeys into our systems and provide new impetus for our team

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable field
  • Proven success in designing and implementing customer journeys or improving customer processes in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data interpretation and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to bring stakeholders on board and drive solutions together
  • Proactive, structured working style and enthusiasm for taking ownership of tasks
  • Good command of English
