Responsibilities
In this role based in Cologne, you will design our end-to-end customer journeys and ensure customers feel understood and well cared for at every touchpoint
With commitment, you continuously optimize all stages of the customer journey — from onboarding to long-term retention
As a central interface, you coordinate CX projects and ensure they improve both customer satisfaction and our business KPIs
By analyzing data, customer feedback and qualitative insights, you derive concrete measures to further develop our customer experience
With innovative ideas, you introduce modern CX methods such as personalization, automation, or AI-supported journeys into our systems and provide new impetus for our team
Requirements
University degree in Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable field
Proven success in designing and implementing customer journeys or improving customer processes in an agile environment
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data interpretation and KPIs
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to bring stakeholders on board and drive solutions together
Proactive, structured working style and enthusiasm for taking ownership of tasks
Good command of English
