Responsibilities
Assistenza ai clienti: fornire supporto in merito alla manutenzione programmata e alla riparazione dei dispositivi medici, garantendo un servizio eccellente.
Gestione amministrativa post vendita: inserire le richieste di assistenza tecnica nel gestionale dedicato, assicurando una risposta tempestiva ai clienti.
Compilare documenti inerenti ai contratti di manutenzione.
Procurement parti di ricambio: interfacciarsi con il magazzino centrale estero per garantire una gestione efficiente degli ordini.
Supporto ai colleghi Tecnici sul campo: offrire supporto amministrativo ai colleghi tecnici in tutta Italia, facilitando il loro lavoro.
Collaborazione interdipartimentale: lavorare a stretto contatto con gli altri dipartimenti per garantire un flusso di lavoro sinergico.
Requirements
Laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche ed elevato interesse per le aree amministrative e commerciali
Ottima dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici (MS Office e in particolare Excel)
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Autonomia e precisione nello svolgimento degli incarichi assegnati
Predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo ed ai contatti interpersonali
