Continuously ensure and develop the team's professional expertise and support training and onboarding
Close collaboration with the Head of Customer Support, agency management, our customers and the company's various internal departments
Coordinate and optimize internal processes to ensure high service quality and efficient operations

Requirements
Several years of experience in the insurance industry
Valid VBV certification
