Project and Customer Service Assistant role supporting implementation projects for a cloud-based system at Vivecti Group GmbH in Germany. Collaborating with project management and customer service teams while working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
You will support our project management team with implementation projects for the h-trak system, including product audits.
You will support our Customer Service team in looking after customers who have already been onboarded.
You will process customer-specific data in our systems.
Maintaining our product master database is one of your tasks.
You will create and maintain training materials.
You will assist in the design, planning and production of training videos for external audiences.
Internal meetings and workshops will be enriched by your participation.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a business administration and/or IT degree program.
Alternatively, you have professional experience and are looking for an interesting part-time role.
You have an affinity for working with digital tools and systems.
Experience with Camtasia and Murf is an advantage.
You have good to very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Your attention to detail, thoroughness and team spirit characterize your way of working.
