About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist managing product and service inquiries over phone and email at Fokus Ski. Collaborating with teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently handle product and service inquiries by phone and email as part of your daily responsibilities
  • Handle even difficult customer issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach, using our state-of-the-art customer service software
  • Work closely with the complaints/returns, logistics, IT, and marketing teams to resolve customer issues satisfactorily
  • Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our service quality
  • Take on special tasks such as projects, quality assurance, or reporting

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training and ideally have experience in Customer Care — career changers are also welcome
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems — prior experience with Microsoft Navision and Freshdesk is an advantage
  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy talking on the phone — perfect!
  • You are familiar with skiing, especially alpine skiing and ski touring
  • You have an affinity for e-commerce
  • You are reliable, organized, and meticulous
  • You bring enthusiasm for mountain sports and outdoor activities
  • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
