Responsibilities
Confidently handle product and service inquiries by phone and email as part of your daily responsibilities
Handle even difficult customer issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach, using our state-of-the-art customer service software
Work closely with the complaints/returns, logistics, IT, and marketing teams to resolve customer issues satisfactorily
Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our service quality
Take on special tasks such as projects, quality assurance, or reporting
Requirements
You have completed vocational training and ideally have experience in Customer Care — career changers are also welcome
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems — prior experience with Microsoft Navision and Freshdesk is an advantage
You are a strong communicator and enjoy talking on the phone — perfect!
You are familiar with skiing, especially alpine skiing and ski touring
You have an affinity for e-commerce
You are reliable, organized, and meticulous
You bring enthusiasm for mountain sports and outdoor activities
Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
