About the role

  • Shape and elevate Belkins’ culture by driving engaging team-building experiences (online and onsite), bringing bold new ideas, and supporting managers across global locations.
  • Be the voice of internal connection by managing informal communications in Slack and HiBob, ensuring every update feels clear, timely, and human.
  • Create memorable internal communication campaigns together with the HR team - events and initiatives that inspire excitement, build stronger relationships, and reinforce what it means to be part of Belkins.
  • Lead the full cycle of quarterly offline events in Kyiv, owning everything from creative concept to logistics and budget, while also supporting online events for teams in Spain, the UK, and Lviv.
  • Drive a strong employee experience through thoughtful management of Welcome Packs and company merchandise that reflect our brand and values.
  • Celebrate and recognize our people by sending personalized birthday and work anniversary greetings, and amplifying newcomer updates in HiBob to nurture belonging from day one.
  • Strengthen Belkins’ employer brand by running internal-facing campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn and producing a monthly Digest that highlights key wins, stories, and cultural moments.
  • Partner with recruitment to boost hiring outcomes through impactful job descriptions, storytelling, and social media promotion.

Requirements

  • Have 1-1.5 years of experience in internal communications, HR/well-being coordination, or event management, and genuinely enjoy a service-oriented environment.
  • Are currently in Kyiv or nearby, so you can occasionally work onsite — supporting our storage team, preparing Welcome Packs, and helping organize quarterly offline events.
  • Have hands-on experience managing internal communications in a fully remote team (Slack, HiBob, newsletters, culture updates, etc.).
  • Communicate confidently in fluent English and Ukrainian - both written and spoken.
  • Know how to plan and run online and offline events, coordinate logistics, and manage budgets.
  • Take initiative naturally: you’re comfortable proposing ideas, improving processes, and leading small projects from concept to delivery.
  • Are highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage several tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Enjoy creating a supportive, engaging employee experience and feel satisfaction when your work brings people together.
  • *(Nice to have)* Have experience with social media or internal/employer brand campaigns.
