Responsibilities
- Independent processing of payroll, including reporting and certification
- Point of contact for employees, social insurance agencies and authorities on payroll tax and social insurance law matters
- Post-processing of the monthly payroll
- Preparation, editing and forwarding of various reports
- Active support and participation in specific HR topics and projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ideally experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g. DATEV)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German language skills
