About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of payroll, including reporting and certification
  • Point of contact for employees, social insurance agencies and authorities on payroll tax and social insurance law matters
  • Post-processing of the monthly payroll
  • Preparation, editing and forwarding of various reports
  • Active support and participation in specific HR topics and projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g. DATEV)
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent German language skills
