Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document reports in the ticketing system
You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis with guidance
For more complex issues, you gather all relevant data and information and prepare them for escalation to the next support level
You regularly use our training, development and certification programs to continuously advance your skills
Requirements
You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or tax, or equivalent practical experience
You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and have a strong service mindset
You demonstrate attention to detail, commitment and a willingness to learn
