About the role

  • People Business Partner supporting finance with strategic HR initiatives. Collaborating with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to enable business performance and scalability
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assess talent needs, identify risks, and inform decision-making
  • Provide consultative partnership and coaching to leaders on performance, development, team effectiveness, and change management
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and pipeline forecasting aligned with function strategy
  • Foster a safe, inclusive environment aligned with our Values and Ways We Work
  • Support engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve employee experience and business outcomes
  • Actively contribute to the PBP community through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and participation in enterprise initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including experience partnering with business leaders
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and change management
  • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to inform people strategies and business decisions
  • Experience supporting leaders in a complex, global and matrixed environment
  • Strong consultative, influencing, and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
