Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies to enable business performance and scalability
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to assess talent needs, identify risks, and inform decision-making
Provide consultative partnership and coaching to leaders on performance, development, team effectiveness, and change management
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and pipeline forecasting aligned with function strategy

Support engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve employee experience and business outcomes
Actively contribute to the PBP community through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and participation in enterprise initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of HR experience, including experience partnering with business leaders
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and change management
Demonstrated experience using data and insights to inform people strategies and business decisions
Experience supporting leaders in a complex, global and matrixed environment
Strong consultative, influencing, and coaching skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal)
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
