About the role

  • People Advisor supporting employee relations and HR operations for YOOBIC in a hybrid role. Managing global HR processes across UK, France, and US teams with a focus on performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters relating to individual contributors and mid-level managers
  • Manage and support employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, absence management and workplace concerns
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on handling people issues and performance conversations
  • Partner closely with the Global Head of People on complex or sensitive employee relations cases
  • Ensure ER documentation and processes are managed accurately and in line with employment legislation
  • Managing the global probation process across the UK, France and US, ensuring reviews are completed and feedback is provided
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits, acting as a point of contact for employee queries and coordinating with external providers
  • Maintaining accurate employee data within the HRIS, including job changes, salary updates and organisational changes
  • Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves and offboarding
  • Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring policies remain up to date and compliant.
  • Contribute to broader People initiatives, including performance review cycles, employee engagement and culture programmes across our global teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or HR Generalist role
  • Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management cases
  • Experience advising managers on people management and employee relations matters
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data management
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working independently while partnering with senior HR leadership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
  • Exposure to international or multi-country HR environments is a plus
