About the role

  • Senior People Operations Specialist in a leading SaaS Legal Tech company. Responsible for managing employee lifecycle operations and providing HR expertise across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the employee lifecycle
  • Management of onboarding and offboarding processes internationally
  • Drafting and management of employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR correspondence
  • Administration of HR data, monitoring and management of absences and leave
  • Coordination and tracking of quarterly and annual review campaigns
  • Day-to-day operational HR support and expertise
  • Coordination and oversight of payroll
  • Participation in strategic People Ops projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in generalist HR roles and/or Payroll & HR Administration with an international scope
  • Fluent in French
  • Good level of English for daily use
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with an HRIS (Lucca preferred)
  • Strong service orientation
