Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR activities: employee lifecycle, compliance, payroll entries, benefits, and performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting conflict resolution and providing guidance on policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and manage employee relations processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Promote company culture, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Implement local people strategies aligned with global objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years in HR with leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience in multinational environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and global processes (preferred)
  • Background in fast-paced industries (preferred)
  • Project management and data analysis skills (preferred)
  • Spanish is a plus (preferred)
