About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager leading demand generation and growth marketing for Autodesk Construction Cloud. Collaborating with Sales and Product Marketing to drive impactful business results across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars) to drive pipeline
  • Own end-to-end webinar execution, including promotion, engagement, and post-event follow-up
  • Optimize agency performance and ensure ROI across paid channels
  • Collaborate with BDR/SDR teams for lead handoff and conversion optimization
  • Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Ensure GDPR and regional compliance in all marketing activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead lifecycle
  • Experience managing webinars, paid media, and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo)
