About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive driving revenue growth for AT&T's business products by managing client relationships. Focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field
  • Collaborate with their team from their assigned office location when not in the field
  • Actively hunt for new leads through external networks and cold calling
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of customers
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by nurturing relationships
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections and identify key trends
  • Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue stream

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in a mid-market or B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • Proven ability to manage mid-size to large, complex accounts with minimal supervision
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong analytical and creative skills to resolve client challenges and deliver value
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing the sales funnel through CRM or sales management systems and analytics
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems and advanced technologies
