About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for customer relations and account management at AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of IC substrates and PCBs. Focus on optimizing client accounts and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
  • Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation, English communication and social skills
  • Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
