Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer Service
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent negotiation, English communication and social skills
Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
