Responsibilities
Acquire and manage customers in the residential and real estate sector
Focus on handling projects involving controlled residential ventilation (mechanical ventilation)
Close collaboration and coordination with BRINK sales consultants, the internal sales team, and the regional sales manager
Track prepared offers and pass information to the appropriate internal sales consultants to achieve a high success rate and provide seamless customer support from first contact to contract closure
Responsible for the technically and commercially correct preparation of proposals tailored to customer requirements
Requirements
Completed technical training in building services (TGA) with relevant further training, or a completed technical degree in a related discipline (mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or similar)
Extensive industry and product knowledge and experience in customer support
Solid knowledge of and a corresponding network within the residential housing sector
Several years of professional experience (ideally in sales)
Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as excellent team and communication abilities
Confident use of all relevant IT applications (Microsoft Office, CRM)
