About the role

  • Key Account Manager focusing on ventilation systems within residential and commercial markets. Collaborating with sales teams and managing customer projects throughout Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage customers in the residential and real estate sector
  • Focus on handling projects involving controlled residential ventilation (mechanical ventilation)
  • Close collaboration and coordination with BRINK sales consultants, the internal sales team, and the regional sales manager
  • Track prepared offers and pass information to the appropriate internal sales consultants to achieve a high success rate and provide seamless customer support from first contact to contract closure
  • Responsible for the technically and commercially correct preparation of proposals tailored to customer requirements

Requirements

  • Completed technical training in building services (TGA) with relevant further training, or a completed technical degree in a related discipline (mechanical engineering, energy engineering, or similar)
  • Extensive industry and product knowledge and experience in customer support
  • Solid knowledge of and a corresponding network within the residential housing sector
  • Several years of professional experience (ideally in sales)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills as well as excellent team and communication abilities
  • Confident use of all relevant IT applications (Microsoft Office, CRM)
