Responsibilities
Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR information system (Personio)
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data during entry and ongoing maintenance (e.g., onboarding new employees or updating existing profiles)
Prepare and generate HR documents and contracts using existing templates in our HRIS
Assist with the full document and contract management lifecycle, ensuring files are consistently organized and compliant
Support administration of employee benefits, including necessary registration and deregistration tasks
Assist the HR Operations Manager with basic reporting tasks by extracting standardized data
Handle and resolve Tier‑1 employee inquiries via the HR inbox (e.g., requests for standard documents or process clarification)
Provide general administrative and operational support for ad hoc HR tasks and special requests from HR colleagues
Support the monthly payroll preparation process by collecting preliminary documents and information
Requirements
Studies: Currently enrolled as a student, preferably (but not necessarily) in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Strong affinity for systems and data entry, with high attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks in parallel
Comfortable working with data and HR systems (e.g., HRIS)
Team-player mentality and a supportive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn
English and German language skills at level B2 or above are required
