Responsibilities
Lead CRM projects through all phases: Definition, Measurement, Analysis, Implementation, and Control.
This includes hands-on campaign execution, rigorous A/B testing, and the technical implementation of automated communication flows.
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as LTV (Lifetime Value), GMV, and Profitability.
Utilize SQL to segment audiences, build deep-dive reports, and identify behavioral insights that inform strategy.
Design scalable processes for automated customer journeys and lifecycle management.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Credit teams to ensure seamless execution of complex customer communications.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in CRM, Growth, Product or Data Marketing, preferably in Startups/Fintech.
Technical Skills: Basic SQL skills.
Advanced Excel.
Experience with CRM automation tools.
