About the role

  • Fleet Success Manager fostering client relationships and account growth for OTC Fleet Services. Focused on building partnerships and exploring fleet service opportunities without high-pressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet clients
  • Conduct regular client check-ins (phone, email, and in-person visits)
  • Perform local drop-bys and relationship visits to fleet-based businesses
  • Identify new fleet opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Assist with onboarding new fleet service accounts
  • Expand services within existing accounts (mobile, shop, graphics, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Service Managers and internal teams
  • Track client activity and opportunities in company systems
  • Support growth of Fleet Graphix through existing fleet relationships
  • Represent OTC professionally in the local business community

Requirements

  • Strong people skills and professional communication
  • Relationship-driven (not aggressive or pushy)
  • Comfortable with light outreach and in-person visits
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, fleet, service, logistics, or automotive preferred
  • Mature, trustworthy, and organized
