Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing fleet clients
Conduct regular client check-ins (phone, email, and in-person visits)
Perform local drop-bys and relationship visits to fleet-based businesses
Identify new fleet opportunities through networking and outreach
Assist with onboarding new fleet service accounts
Expand services within existing accounts (mobile, shop, graphics, etc.)
Coordinate with Service Managers and internal teams
Track client activity and opportunities in company systems
Support growth of Fleet Graphix through existing fleet relationships
Represent OTC professionally in the local business community
Requirements
Strong people skills and professional communication
Relationship-driven (not aggressive or pushy)
Comfortable with light outreach and in-person visits
Self-motivated and proactive
Experience in B2B sales, account management, fleet, service, logistics, or automotive preferred
Mature, trustworthy, and organized
