About the role

  • Customer Success Representative at Reconomy providing operational support for international clients. Collaborating with internal teams and monitoring supplier performance in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to our international clients
  • Log and manage customer queries efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across departments to gather data and resolve customer and supplier issues
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Proactively manage deadlines, escalations, and operational risks
  • Monitor supplier performance and support analytics-driven improvements
  • Protect and strengthen Reconomy’s reputation through professional relationship management

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an international commercial customer service/support role
  • Working knowledge of logistics processes and Supply Chain (nice advantage)
  • Experience working with CRM tools and Tableau
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience analysing data and identifying trends
  • Excellent written and spoken Business English
  • Strong commercial mindset — balancing customer satisfaction with business needs
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to prevent escalations
