About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst engaging clients in the construction sector. Ensuring satisfaction and optimal use of innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and follow up on a portfolio of clients, ensuring engagement and success in the use of our products.
  • Understand the client's day-to-day challenges on the construction site, translating technical needs into practical solutions within the platform.
  • Support clients with on-site implementation of our products.
  • Deliver trainings, follow-up meetings and continuous engagement with operational teams and construction managers.
  • Communicate product updates, new features and best practices related to the company's products and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients’ use of the platform, ensuring increased efficiency and perceived value.
  • Provide customer support and work on client retention across all service channels, ensuring satisfaction and long-term results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience on construction sites, with practical knowledge of construction processes.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer relationship roles.
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio, monitoring relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences (managers, engineers, operational teams).
  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools and best practices.
