Responsibilities
Support in the strategic and operational planning for the implementation of our software products with customers
Develop solutions to train customers in using our products and to integrate our software
Further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success team (expansion of ticketing system, training plans/materials, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
Communicate and coordinate customer requests with our product team
Assist in training user groups at customer sites
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in engineering, business administration, (project) management, communications, business analytics, consulting, sales, or a similar field — or relevant professional experience
Initial experience with agile project management and the Scrum methodology / project management software
Enthusiasm for exciting customers about innovative AI software and helping shape related projects
Independent and organized working style with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 10% (within Germany and Europe)
Very good German and English skills (intercultural competence)
