Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of our customer base through personalized, proactive support.
Responsible for monitoring customers and proposing solutions, collecting feedback, and analyzing satisfaction metrics;
Conduct practices to drive product adoption and onboarding effectiveness;
Attend kickoff meetings, trainings, and ongoing journey sessions with partners;
Manage the end-to-end journey for low- and middle-touch customers with low-complexity accounts.
Requirements
Reside in Porto Alegre/RS or surrounding area
Strong communication skills and proactivity
Results- and target-oriented with a customer focus
Previous experience in a similar role
Basic technology knowledge and ease in learning new tools and systems.
