About the role

  • Customer Success role for iDez, a fintech enabling mid-market firms to develop their financial solutions. Focused on client retention and personalized proactive service.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the retention and growth of our customer base through personalized, proactive support.
  • Responsible for monitoring customers and proposing solutions, collecting feedback, and analyzing satisfaction metrics;
  • Conduct practices to drive product adoption and onboarding effectiveness;
  • Attend kickoff meetings, trainings, and ongoing journey sessions with partners;
  • Manage the end-to-end journey for low- and middle-touch customers with low-complexity accounts.

Requirements

  • Reside in Porto Alegre/RS or surrounding area
  • Strong communication skills and proactivity
  • Results- and target-oriented with a customer focus
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Basic technology knowledge and ease in learning new tools and systems.
